FIELD: wood industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method fuel briquettes production from wood waste, which includes grinding, drying to a humidity of 12-16%, mixing of the mixture ingredients, including technical hydrolytic lignin, while the binding charge is prepared by 5-10% sodium carbonate addition to the 70-80% technical hydrolytic lignin and further mechanical activation with subsequent addition of 15-20% tall oil pit heated to 90°C, the obtained charge in an amount of 10-15% is mixed with wood waste, crushed to 1-5 mm in an amount of 85-90% and the mixture is briquetted at a temperature of 90±2°C and a pressure of 45-50 MPa.
EFFECT: improved processability by reducing pressure while increasing the briquette density, briquette sulphur reduction while maintaining the heat of combustion, with decreased ash.
