FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains a housing with piston and rod placed in it. The vibration isolated mass is fixed at the end of the rod and is held by the springs. The dry friction damper is designed as a friction sleeve with a limiting stops at the end faces. The inner surface of the sleeve is in contact with the piston, and the outer - with additional friction elements. The force of friction elements pressing to the sleeve is executed through the adjustment screws, connected with the actuated servomotor, which is controlled by the microprocessor, related to piezo crystalline vibration acceleration sensor. The elastic elements are carried in between the end surfaces of the sleeve and the housing, which are tuned to the resonance frequency of the isolator. The resilient element is made in the form of damping washer mesh package, the rod is installed coaxially and with the gap in the central part of it. The lower part of the rod is connected to the base of the vibration isolator, and the upper - with a platform of the object protected from the vibration. The package from the upper and the lower disc springs is fixed between the mesh package and the vibration isolator base.

EFFECT: efficiency increase of vibration isolation by increasing the damping at high frequencies.
