FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gear wheels. Gear wheel comprises crown, hub, vibration damping element in the form of concentric rings with interference fit disposed in the annular grooves, and rim placed between the ring and the crown inner surface. Groove is made on the crown inner surface from the its end side, and the ring is made elastic, each of the rings is made in the form of two elastic coaxially arranged rings, external and internal, rigidly connected by means of symmetrical elastic, diametrically located elements with through central slot. Forming the elements side surfaces, as well as the central grooves are made inclined relative to the external and internal rings axes. Through central slots are filled with a mesh damping element with cast polyurethane, in the hub a hollow drive shaft with a set of damping disks in the inner cavity is installed, which is a cylindrical damping element to which ends flat rigid stops are rigidly attached, and the inner cavity is filled with a set of two damping disks secured to the coaxially disposed with cylindrical shell elastic axis. Between the disks cylindrical helical spring is arranged, which arrangement cavity is filled with a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the gear wheel damping properties.
