PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, MADE OF VICIA ABBREVIATA HERB USED AS ENDOTELYOPROTECTIVE AGENT Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61K36/48 A61P7/02 A61P9/08 A61P29/00 B01D11/02

Abstract RU 2653468 C2

FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to agents (variants) and compositions that improve vasodilatation, antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory endothelial function. Drug that improves vasodilatation, antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory endothelial function, which is a dry extract of vicia abbreviata herb, obtained by grinding the dried vicia abbreviata herb to a particle size of not more than 7 mm, which is extracted with 30% or 40%, or 50%, or 60% or 70%, or 80%, or 90% ethyl alcohol at a temperature of 18-20°C, at a feedstock:extractant ratio of 1:7.5 for 144 hours in six diffusers, all six extracted portions, obtained from the sixth diffuser, are mixed, thickened at a temperature of 40°C and a vacuum setting of 0.4 atm, the extracted material is dried at a temperature of 40-50°C and a vacuum setting of 0.2-0.3 atm in a vacuum drying oven to a residual moisture content of not more than 5%. Means, improving vasodilatation, antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory endothelial function, which is a dry extract of vicia abbreviata herb, obtained by grinding the dried vicia abbreviata herb to a particle size of not more than 7 mm, which is extracted 30% or 40%, or 50%, or 60%, or 70%, or 80%, or 90% ethyl alcohol in a boiling water bath in three flasks with a reflux condenser taking 30 minutes on each of the procedures: first, three times three portions of the feedstock are successively extracted in flask I by three portions of the extractant at a feedstock-to-extractant phase ratio: 1:40, 1:35, 1:30, respectively, then by the extractant obtained in flask I, three times the feedstock in flask II is successively extracted, at a feedstock-to-extractant phase ratio: 1:35, 1:30, 1:25, respectively, then by the extracts, obtained in flask II, successively, the feedstock is extracted in flask III for three times, at a feed-to-extractant phase ratio: 1:30, 1:25, 1:25, respectively, then all extractions, obtained in flask III, are mixed, concentrated at 40°C and a vacuum setting of 0.4 atm, the extraction is dried at a temperature of 40-50°C and a vacuum setting of 0.2-0.3 atm in a vacuum drying oven to a residual moisture content of not more than 5%. Pharmaceutical composition that improves the vasodilatation, antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory function of the endothelium, characterized in that it comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

EFFECT: above-described agents and composition effectively improve the vasodilatation, antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory endothelial function.
