SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a product with capillary-strengthening and anti-aggregation activity, and a method of its preparation. The product with capillary-strengthening and anti-aggregation activity, includes a dry extract of Sophora japonica fruits in the form of an amorphous hygroscopic powder of light brown colour, with a total flavonoid content in terms of kaempferol glucoside in the extract of 12.99–13.68% by weight. The method of obtaining a product with capillary-strengthening and anti-aggregation activity involves grinding dried Sophora japonica fruits to a particle size passing through a sieve with holes 1–2 mm in diameter, and three-time extraction with 40–70% ethyl alcohol in a raw material:extractant ratio of 1:10–1:12 with constant stirring for 60 minutes for each stage, then combining the resulting extracts and concentrating under vacuum to an aqueous residue, then purifying the aqueous residue from lipophilic compounds by treating it three times with dichloroethane or chloroform, then separating the precipitate formed in the aqueous residue by filtration, and concentrating the supernatant and drying it to dryness to obtain an amorphous, hygroscopic, light brown powder.

EFFECT: obtaining an extract with capillary-strengthening and anti-aggregation activity in the form of an amorphous hygroscopic powder with an established composition.
