FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement technique and can be used to determine the generator stator winding temperature of an electric rotating machine cooled by a cooling oil. Calculating device includes a model unit that calculates a quantitative state parameter using an input signal and a relational expression that shows a target model, a measurement sensor of a correction signal, which measures a correction signal for adjusting the quantitative state parameter, a correction unit that outputs a value for adjusting the quantitative state parameter based on the correction signal to a model unit, and a model change block that changes the model unit according to the value associated with the oil flow, which refers to the change in the flow rate of the cooling oil. Measurement sensor of the correction signal is configured to contact a metal element that includes a conductive winding wire that forms a stator winding, a terminal connected to the conductive winding conductor, and a power line connected between the conductive winding wire and the terminal, at the point at which the cooling oil does not fall.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of obtained data is provided.
