AMPULE TYPE CHEMICAL CURRENT SOURCE AND METHOD OF ITS ASSEMBLY Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H01M6/10 H01M6/32

Abstract RU 2653860 C1

FIELD: electrical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, namely, to the ampoule type chemical backup current source, put into operation when electrolyte is supplied from the ampoule into the electrochemical cells (ECC) unit electrodes compartment. Ampoule type chemical current source (ACCS) includes the calculated number of ECC sections, each of which in the insulated housing contains the electrodes unit and the electrolyte unit, wherein the electrodes unit includes a calculated number of electrodes sections, each of which consists of cathode, made of the deposited on a nickel mesh carbon-containing material, placed in the case from the microporous polypropylene film serving as the main separator, from anode made of a lithium tape, and from the electrolyte unit containing ampoules filled with the thionyl chloride based non-aqueous electrolyte, at that, the anode is provided with an additional layer of separator made of asbestos paper covering the anode from two sides with the at least 1 mm overlapping over its entire surface area, and is connected to made of nickel local current collector, made in the form of combined with the current lead square pad, In each of the electrodes section insulating liners made of mica are also placed. Proposed ACCS package assembly method includes the positive and negative current leads formation and connection to the multi-contact communication unit corresponding output contacts.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase in the ampoule type chemical current source operation and storage safety and reliability with increase in the assembly density.
