FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reserve chemical current sources of the encapsulated type which can be enable at inlet of electrolyte from the ampoule to electrode unit of electrochemical elements (ECE). Electrode unit of the encapsulated chemical current source (ECCS) contains in a single cylindrical housing with cover calculated amount of series of electrochemical elements (ECE), each of which is equipped with individual ampoule bellows-sealed type, filled with electrolyte based on thionyl chloride, elements for mechanical opening of ampoules and pack of electrodes, each block of electrodes of ECE is made in the form of packet of calculated amount of solid layers of cathodes fixed on a single manifold, and anodes, separated by layers of separators, whose area is not less than 5 % larger than the electrodes area, folded in a roll along the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the block of electrodes. External separator of package of electrodes is made of microporous polymer material, the material of insulation layers and the edge of the roll assemblies have coefficient of sliding friction in the range from 0.01 to 0.1. Collector of package of electrodes is fixed on central hollow rod acts as central positive earthing element ECE, the cavity of which is a bypass channel of electrolyte in the end zone of the electrode unit, which is rigidly fixed. Assembly method of electrode unit ECCS includes package assembly with the calculated number of parallel oriented layers of the cathode by fastening the assembly on central rod by means of cathodes collectors.
EFFECT: improving safety, increasing level of discharge characteristics of current source, as well as increasing the density of assembly of electrode unit.
