FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, namely to the ampoule-type chemical backup current sources (ACCS) containing in the single housing with the cover the rated number of the electrolyte units and the corresponding number of the electrodes sections arranged in the electrode unit, each of which contains a zigzag-like cathode, an anode and each section is equipped with an individual bellows-type ampoule filled with thionyl chloride-based electrolyte, and means for mechanical opening of each of the ampoules simultaneously actuated from the pressure pulse source, wherein each electrode section section of electrode unit is spatially separated from each other on periphery of each housing of each section of electrodes by a layer of ceramic insulation, in the electrolyte unit in its central part there is a blocking device for prevention of unauthorized axial movement of the bellows bases of the ampoule with electrolyte when overheated. Locking device is made in the form of a bushing rigidly fixed on the stop, on the free end of which there fixed by means of laser welding are two fixed retainers in the form of semi-rings, which are inserted into the annular groove made along the external lateral surface of the lower movable base of the ampoule, with the possibility of axial movement of the opposite ampoule base in the direction to the ampoule opening element at the specified ACCS cocking moment.
EFFECT: high reliability of ACCS at high ambient temperatures while maintaining level of charging characteristics is technical result of invention.
