SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the disperse materials drying technique in fluidized bed and can be used in dye-making and dye-using industries, in food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Spray drier with an inert nozzle comprises a chamber with a gas distribution grid for placing inert bodies that are brought into a fluidized state, and a multi-stage baffle for cleaning inert bodies from the material, made in the form of a system of strings located throughout the section of the chamber and reinforced on its internal walls. Inert nozzle is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on the inner side surface of which partitions in form of washers with holes perpendicular to ring axis are fixed, axes of the washers are asymmetric to the axis of the ring, or inert nozzle is made in the form of a block inscribed in a circle, consisting of seven hexagonal parallelepipeds without upper and lower bases interconnected by lateral faces, or an inert nozzle is made in the form of interconnected helical spirals, inscribed in a spherical surface with a center lying on the axis of the connection of the spirals, or an inert nozzle is made in the form of at least twelve connected three-bladed propellers, the projection of which on the plane of the drawing is inscribed in a circle with a center coinciding with the center of one of them.
