SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the drying of dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Device for spray drying and granulation of dispersed materials comprises a casing with a spray chamber located in its upper part, equipped with a nozzle and a manifold for supplying a heat transfer medium, a drying chamber with exhaust air purification system. Device contains a granular inert material placed on a gas distribution grid that is fluidized by applying horizontal oscillations to a spring-loaded casin of the dryer by means of a driven vibrator through a link component rigidly fixed in the lower part of the casing, elastic compensating movements of the insert body in the upper and lower housing parts are provided, and the dried product together with the heat transfer medium is removed through the holes of the gas distribution grid into a capture system consisting of a receiver, an acoustic unit, a cyclone and a bag filter.
