SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems intended for medium transfer between two offshore devices and to method of communicating of said system. Proposed system comprises anchor (5) fixed at sea bottom (1), at least one first transfer vertical element (6) at least one flexible second transfer element (7) that continues aforesaid first element (6), swivel link (15) arranged between said first and second transfer elements to rotate in at least about lengthwise axis of the first transfer element. Free end of the second transfer element (7), in inoperative condition, hangs free in water depth. Lifting device for flexible transfer element (7) between first plant (4) and ship (3) comprises connectors for it to be connected to the ship and guide element (20) to slide along element (7), extracting rope (21) and at least one identification buoy (22). Method of connecting loading system comprises ship arrival to location of loading system, lifting said buoy aboard the ship, turning the ship from loading system, pulling off buoy extracting rope and free end of flexible transfer element towards the ship and joint said end to the ship.
EFFECT: operation at significant depths, no hindrance to sea traffic.
