SUBSTANCE: wear sensor for guiding liners of a clip cradle of an artillery gun contains a plastic casing threaded into the liner of the front clip of the cradle perpendicular to the axis of the barrel bore, which is connected through copper lamellas in series with a bridge circuit, an operational amplifier, an analog-to-digital converter and an on-board computer. Copper lamellas are installed in grooves flush with a plastic bushing, onto the surface of which a chromel-alumel thin-walled shell is pressed, which acts as a bridge resistance changing as the bridge wears out and forms an assembly inserted into the plastic casing.

EFFECT: provided is continuous monitoring of the wear of the liner of the front clip of the cradle of an artillery gun, while having a simple design.
