FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for premixing gases, a reactor containing the said device, a reaction system for oxidative dehydrogenation of butylene containing the said reactor, and a method for producing butadiene using the said system. Device comprises a tubular body, having a closed end and an open end opposite to it, a first flow channel for receiving a first gas, extending axially through the closed end into the tubular body to form a seal, a conical tube placed in the tubular body, the small end of the conical tube communicating with the first flow channel, and the large end of the conical tube passing to the open end, while its edge is attached to the inner wall of the tubular body, thereby forming a sealed distribution chamber between the tubular body and the conical tube, and the second flow channel located on the side of the tubular body for receiving a second gas, while the second flow channel is communicated with the distribution chamber, so that the second gas can be introduced into the said conical tube through the distribution chamber in a substantially radial manner, while in the side part of the conical tube, near the small end thereof, an injector is provided for injecting the second gas into the conical tube, the nozzle being in the form of a guide cone.
EFFECT: invention provides an efficient mixing of gases with an increase in the rate of their mixing and homogenization of the mixture.
