FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method is described, which includes the production of a porous ceramic substrate, the deposition of layers of a zeolite slurry onto its surface, and subsequent heat treatment, characterized in that the production of the porous ceramic substrate includes forming layer-by-layer mixture layers of the alumina oxide powder or zirconium oxide and a blowing agent, which uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), rosin or paraffin taken respectively in the ratio, wt %: 85:15-25:75, with a gradient porosity of 15% to 60% in the thickness of the substrate, then, at least, one layer of the zeolite suspension is applied to the surface of the substrate from the side of maximum porosity, and heat treatment is performed in the temperature range from 1000 to 1500°C.
EFFECT: high strength and filtration properties.
