FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles of composite materials and can be used in the manufacture of electrically conductive composite products. A method for manufacturing electrically conductive articles from a fibrous composite material is described, comprising winding of glass fiber wetted with a binder mix based on polyester resins, curing agent and filler, and subsequent curing, with addition of carbon nanotubes to the mixture, the nanotubes shall have max. one wall and be up to 2.5 nm in diameter and from 3 mcm to 100 mcm in length, being contained in the shell of the fatty acids glycidyl ether in an amount of 0.01 % to 0.04 % by weight of the composite article, in the first mixing step a full quantity of the carbon nanotubes are added to 20 % of weight of the binder dose and are mixed during from 60 to 90 % of the total stirring time, after which the remaining dose of the binder is added and the mixture is mixed during the remaining time, and the hardener is added after mixing the entire dose of the binder with the dose of carbon nanotubes, after standard winding and molding operations, curing is carried out at a temperature of 18 to 20 °C.
EFFECT: products made of composite materials with increased electrical conductivity with high reproducibility characteristics.
