FIELD: drilling soil or rock.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of drill through tools, namely to pressing of hard-alloy bits in body of abrasion wheel, designed to destroy rock. In method of pressing bits into the body of abrasion wheel by axially moving the bits into pre-built holes in the abrasion wheel, by creating an axial force of pressing by pane transmitting pressing force to the bits, to position of pressing of the bits, a technological girdle is installed coaxially to axis of the bits, limiting movement of pane, telling the bits the pressing force and the axial displacement of the bits to contact of the pane with the technological girdle. Height of the girdle is equal to sum of required extension of the bits from body of abrasion wheel and elastic axial deformation of the girdle under the action of axial pressing force.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of axial positioning of abrasion wheel bits.
