SUBSTANCE: method involves separating teeth from preheated rock-cutting tool by applying inertia forces Pin generated by rock-cutting tool rotation, which exceeds residual pressing force Pres acting on hart-alloy teeth after simultaneous heating of outer surface and interior of rock-cutting member up to temperature providing three-dimensional expansion thereof so that Pin should be greater than Pres. Device for above method realization comprises rock-cutting tool fastening unit, heater, oscillator, drive, which provides rock-cutting tool reciprocation and rotation and teeth accumulation bin. Heater comprises outer rock-cutting tool surface heating inductor and rock-cutting tool interior heating inductor.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of hard-alloy teeth removal from drilling tool.
