SUBSTANCE: beverage preparation device (1) prepares a beverage using liquid and powders and includes mixing unit (500) including mixing blade (550) that mixes the liquid and powders, and stirring tank (510) that contains mixing blade (550), driving portion (140) of the mixing blade, which rotationally drives mixing blade (550), and a control part that controls driving part (140) of the mixing blade. Mixing blade (550) has a central rotation axis and is provided with a plurality of blade parts (220) surrounding the central rotation axis. Control part controls the driving part (140) of the mixing blade so as to switch between forward rotation and reverse rotation of the mixing blade.
EFFECT: invention relates to a device for preparing beverages by using liquid and powders obtained by grinding a product intended for grinding.
