SUBSTANCE: invention relates to network communication technologies. Method comprises stages at which: evaluating the signal-to-noise ratio signal long-term values, for user equipment, on the network according to the network topology information of the specified network and channel quality feedback from the UE in the specified network; by the network infrastructure manager, selecting the first UE as the destination UE, in accordance with long-term SINR values; by the network infrastructure management device selecting the second UE as the relaying UE for the destination UE; matching the UE virtual range expander setting to the destination UE; negotiating the transmission agent vREX setting on the relaying UE, wherein the vREX FA is configured to function as an FA for the vREX UE; and transmitting, using the network infrastructure management device, a containing the vREX UE and the vREX FA network topology to the network management layer; using the network infrastructure management device receiving transmission routes for the network from the network management layer; and performing the reconfiguration.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing of data transmission rate.
