For a given K, the set of network nodes SND is divided into K zones. K zones are respectively assigned to K SDN controllers. K SDN controllers are configured to make traffic control decisions and implement distributed network optimization for the respective assigned network nodes from a plurality of network nodes.

EFFECT: technical result is the provision of distributed optimization of traffic control problems in a situation when centralized management becomes impractical, which allows you to more effectively determine the routing path for different traffic flows and allocate resources, such as bandwidth, along these paths in accordance with QoS requirements, so that the degree of network utilization is maximized.
