SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for generating random numbers to provide a random number. For this, a random number generation device is provided comprising a receiving antenna, a radio frequency signal amplifier, a mixer, a voltage controlled oscillator, and an intermediate frequency filter, wherein the receiving antenna is connected to an input of radio-frequency signal amplifier whose output is connected to a signal input of a mixer whose reference input is connected to a voltage controlled oscillator, the output of the mixer is connected to an input of an intermediate frequency filter and further comprising: a microcontroller comprising a nonvolatile memory for storing a radio frequency table and a temperature sensor, the output of the intermediate frequency filter is connected to the first input of the microcontroller, the second input of which is connected to the temperature sensor, the first output of the microcontroller being connected to the control input of the generator controlled by the voltage, and the second input-output of the microcontroller is connected to the transceiver.

EFFECT: technical result is the generation of a real random number that can not be predicted or generated using a similar device.
