SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nonwoven fabric, used in the extracting filter, etc. and allowing to provide high strength of plugging, as well as to the extracting filter, etc., manufactured using a non-woven fabric. This nonwoven fabric includes a first layer, with nonwoven fabric, obtained by technology spunbond of polymer fibers on a polyester basis with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.60-1.00, crystallinity of 30-80%, orientation of the crystals is 60-95% and the double reflection coefficient (Δn) is 0.040-0.100, spunbond nonwoven fabric has a partial thermal-compression bonding section, in which the share of the area of thermal-compression bonding is 5-30%; and a second layer, with nonwoven fabric, obtained using the meltblown technology based on polyester-based polymer fibers, blown onto the surface of the first layer and cured with crystallinity from 0 to 14%.

EFFECT: extracting filter and the other parts are formed by placing a second layer of non-woven fabric inside and plugging a predetermined portion by welding.
