FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sheet material for extraction suitable for preparation of a beverage, a food product, a pharmaceutical product or a product of medical and preventive cosmetics and similar products. Sheet material for extraction consists of first layer containing spunbond non-woven fabric, made from fibres on polyester base, with average diameter of fibres from 18 to 28 mcm and with surface density from 8 to 19 g/m2, and a second layer comprising a meltblown non-woven fabric formed from polyester-based fibres with an average fibre diameter of 16 to 28 mcm and a surface density of 2 to 8 g/m2. Sum of the lengths of all fibres lying on 1 cm2 of the sheet material for extraction is 3.3 to 4.8 m, and the modulus of force for the relative elongation of 3 % is 5.5 N or more, where force modulus is defined as load at 3 % elongation when sheet material for extraction, with width of 15 mm, is stretched in longitudinal direction to measure tensile force. Described also is an extraction filter and an extraction sachet made from said sheet material for extraction.
EFFECT: technical result is excellent characteristics of transparency and extraction, at that probability of powder leakage through this material is low; and sheet material with high modulus of force has excellent machining capabilities.
