FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Dynamic oscillations damper contains a housing. Inertial mass is located inside the housing in the form of a working fluid (6). Working fluid is enclosed in a rubber-cord shell (2) and is communicated with the inertia tubes (3) inlet openings. Outlets are communicated with the equipped with a membrane (4) cavity. Power actuator is installed with the possibility of interaction with the working fluid. Accelerometer (11) is mounted on a vibration active element (7) and is connected in series with an adjustable filter (12), a phase shifter (13) and an amplifier (14), which output is connected to a power actuator.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the inertial force in the antiphase compensating the force transmitted by the vibration active element to the housing, including at the resonant frequency and in the low-frequency pre-resonance region.
