HYDRAULIC VIBRATORY BEARING Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC F16F13/08 F16F13/30

Abstract RU 2407929 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibratory bearing contains working and compensating chambers filled with damping liquid. The chambers are restricted with a common casing wherein there is secured a metal dividing partition. The partition is equipped with a periphery circular cavity and throttle valves tangentially adjoining to it and chambers. Also, the partition is equipped with an intermediate chamber with additional throttling channels in its middle part communicating with the said chambers. The working chamber is restricted with a bearing plate and an elastic ferrule, while the compensating chamber is restricted with a membrane. Inside the metal dividing partition there is made a bridge with capillaries connecting the working and compensating chambers. Solenoids are arranged on opposite sides of the metal partition. Via the power amplifier solenoids are successively connected with a phase changer, coupling amplifier and an accelerometre. An output of the coupling amplifier is connected to an oscillograph and a control block coupled with the phase changer.

EFFECT: improved damping characteristics of hydraulic bearing in all working range of frequencies, and increased resource.
