FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to snowmobile embodiments. In one embodiment, snowmobile comprises a frame including a tunnel; at least one ski; engine, which has an air inlet; and a driving caterpillar, operatively connected to the engine and located at least partially under the tunnel and around the rear suspension. Heat exchanger connected to the tunnel contains an air inlet of the heat exchanger and an air outlet of the heat exchanger in fluid communication with the air inlet of the heat exchanger and with the air inlet of the engine. Alternatively, snowmobile comprises a frame including a tunnel in the form of an overturned U having an upper portion and a right and left sidewalls that at least partially surround some space. Air intake system comprises heat exchanger surface located in or adjacent to said space. Air passing through the air intake system contacts the surface of the heat exchanger for cooling before entering the engine.
EFFECT: possibility to improve air cooling before entering the engine is reached.
