FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention generally relates to snowmobiles, and more particularly to snowmobile frames. Snowmobile comprises frame (6), a seat, at least one ski, a front suspension assembly connected to said frame and at least one ski, a rear suspension assembly connected to frame (6) and an endless track, and an engine operatively connected to frame (6) and the endless track. Frame (6) comprises tunnel (8), and motor support (102) connected to tunnel (8) and extending forward from tunnel (8). Front suspension module (104) connected to engine support (102) and extending forwardly from it, is connected to the front suspension assembly. Front support (106) connected to at least one of front suspension module (104) and engine support (102) extends rearwardly and upwardly from it. Fuel tank (10) connected to tunnel (8) extends forward and upward, connecting with front support (106) the way a constructive connection is formed between tunnel (8) and front support (106) for transferring loads between said components. Frame (6) for the snowmobile is also proposed.
EFFECT: technical result: creation of a snowmobile with a very strong construction, less fuel consumption and reduced weight for more convenient operation of the snowmobile under various driving conditions, while having a snowmobile structure convenient for assembly and disassembly for maintenance, repair and replacement of units.
