FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of military equipment, in particular to position sensors (PS) of installed equipment, including weapons of objects such as BMP, BMD, BTR, tanks and other military equipment, such as hoisting and mast equipment, support and rotary devices, as well as control systems for remotely controlled modules of weapon systems. To achieve the technical result, the first serial bus, second serial bus, power module, an AC voltage amplifier, a controller including an analog-to-digital conversion module, a block of A/D converter values of the rough-reading scale, A/D converter value correction block of exact reading scale, A/D converter synchronization block, fault analysis unit, temperature sensor, clock generator, digital-to-analog converter, a sinus generator, a rough-reading scale calculation unit, an exact reading scale angle calculating module, a position sensor angle calculation module, a position sensor base address module, read only memory, an inaccurate angle compensation unit, a serial bus driver such as a CAN type channel, a serial bus driver such as a RS422 type channel.
EFFECT: technical result is the elimination of the need to use an auxiliary power supply of an alternating voltage of 27 V (36 V) 400 Hz for PS operation, increase in noise immunity of the signal generated by the rotating transformer PS, increase in accuracy of measuring the angular position of the PS (up to a level of 2½ arcseconds), a decrease in the dependence of the measurement of the angular position on the ambient temperature, increase in reliability of the control system (CS) with PS, the introduction of modern information exchange channels of PS with external devices, the elimination of the reducer for a mechanical exhibition of PS zero position.
