SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ear protection device, made in the form of a unit attached to the helmet with an anti-noise head-phone that includes a holder, anti-noise head-phone, lever having first and second ends, first end is located inside the holder, and an anti-noise head-phone is attached to the second end, and a spring that meshes with the holder and the first end of the lever.
EFFECT: lever is made rotatable around a first axis of rotation between its first position and the intermediate position and around the second axis of rotation between its intermediate position and the second position.
