FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the reinforced composite material based on the organic fibers of natural origin, applied as a thermal or acoustic insulation, as well as to its production method. Saud material contains 25–85 mass % of hydrophobic nanoporous particles, based on the composite material total weight, at least 10 mass % of organic fibers of natural origin, in their structure containing isocyanate-reactive functional groups, as well as 1–15 mass % of the binder. Binding compound is presented by the polyurea / polyurethane containing binder, produced from the emulsifiable polyisocyanate, water and surfactants. Composite material lambda value is 15–35 mW/m⋅K.
EFFECT: produced reinforced composite material has excellent thermal insulation characteristics, optimal mechanical and self-supporting characteristics, as well as low weight as well as small value of the lambda function.
