FIELD: sanitation equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary equipment of passenger cars, in particular, to installations and devices for drinking supply of passengers with drinking hot and cold water. System for water supply of railroad passenger cars with drinking water includes device for controlling supply and consumption of water, connected to cooling and proportioning device and water heating and dosing device. Device for controlling water supply and consumption includes accumulation tank (4) at the water supply inlet into which electromagnetic valve (3) is installed, the input of which is connected to throttle (2). Accumulating tank (4) is equipped with two-level float sensor (6, 7) and breathing valve (5). Accumulating tank with water cooling and heating devices is connected via throttles (8) and (9). Cooling and proportioning device comprises cold water tank (10) inside which thermostat (11) is installed, evaporator (12) for water cooling connected in series with condenser (13) and compressor (14). On the cold water supply pipeline (15) to the user, a UV water disinfector is provided with connected to tap (20) through the water flow sensor (21). Water heating and dosing device comprises hot water tank (22) with heating element (23) and temperature sensors. Tanks of hot (22) and cold (10) water to provide for hydraulic mode of the system are connected by tubes (27) and (28) with accumulating tank (4). For graduated water supply to valves (20) and (29) pipelines are located in upper part of tanks (10) and (22). For discrete water supply the pipeline end is bent downwards at its outlet from the tank.

EFFECT: invention ensures stable operation of the water supply system during a long journey of a railway passenger car and increases efficiency of drinking water decontamination.
