FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. Perform an L-shaped cutaneous incision at the border of the upper quadrants of the breast. Subcutaneous mastectomy with preservation of the nipple-areolar complex and regional lymphadenectomy are performed. Perform a cut of the large pectoral muscle along the lower and medial contour, then change the position of the patient in a position sitting at 45–60 degrees. Carry out the plastic of the breast with an endoprosthesis, the endoprosthesis is placed in the skin cover, and the lower and medial contour of the large pectoral muscle is fixed with nodal sutures to the subcutaneous tissue of the lower edge of the postoperative wound.
EFFECT: method helps to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, the duration of the operation, improve the therapeutic and aesthetic efficiency of reconstruction, allows to achieve static and dynamic symmetry with a large volume of the mammary gland with ptosis of 3-4 degrees, to apply endoprostheses of 300 ml or more, ensures complete attachment of the endoprosthesis to surrounding tissues.
