FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, and more particularly to magnetic gear units. Out of alignment stator magnetic gearbox with internal enmeshment contains two shafts – fast- and slow-speed. Rotators on constant magnets are fixed rotors on shafts. Rotor of high-speed shaft has even number of poles 2n on outer surface. Rotor of slow-speed shaft has even number of poles on inner surface, which is gear transmission ratio times greater than a high-speed rotor. Stator, made of ferromagnetic elements installed with a clearance spaces, is located between the poles of high- and low-speed rotors. Magnetic flow created by all constant magnets of high-speed rotor closes with magnetic flow created by the part of constant magnets of the slow-speed rotor, the number of which is equal to 2n, in zone of pitch point, and through the multi-element ferromagnetic magnetic core – stator.
EFFECT: it is possible to increase transmitted drive.
