FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in the manufacture of intraosseous dental implants. In the cavity of cylinder (1) with bottom (2) of the intraosteal part, a single crown part is placed in the form of flange (3) with cylindrical beam (4). Center of the end of beam (4) is equipped with threaded hole (5). Screw (9) is screwed into hole (5) through two through-going coaxial holes (11), (10) for the head and neck of the screw (9) in bottom (2) of cylinder (1). In the gaps between the upper plane of cylinder (1) and the lower plane of flange (3), shock absorbers (6), (8) are placed between the end of beam (4) and inner bottom (2) of cylinder (1). When tightening screw (9), washers (6), (8) are compressed, while elastic modulus of washers (6), (8) is simultaneously adjusted to a specific tooth. Plug (13) is then inserted into hole (11). Implant is placed in the prepared alveolus until complete healing. Artificial tooth (14) is formed on the outer surface of flange (3). Between the inner surface of cylinder (1) and the outer surface of cylindrical beam (4), gaps (7), (12) are provided between screw head (9) and the inner surface of plug (13) to allow depreciation. When load is vertical, shock absorbers (6), (8) are compressed and screw head (9) is moved in direction of plug (13) together with crown part and tooth (14). With a horizontal load on tooth (14), the attachment between the intraosseous and coronal parts works as an elastic cantilever, which creates the effect of horizontal micro-displacement of tooth (14). Same effect is created by both shock absorbers (6), (8).
EFFECT: use of a dental implant allows reliable and high-quality depreciation of artificial tooth (14) with respect to the intra-osseous part.
