Device comprises a solar battery connected to a charging and discharging device to the outputs of which a battery is connected, a control unit connected to the inputs and outputs of the charger, a wind generator, a battery pack consisting of at least one battery having a long life of charge-discharge cycles and at least one battery capable of charging at positive and negative ambient temperatures, temperature sensors of the battery and the environment, connected to the control unit, which at a temperature below 0 °C disconnect from the charge of batteries, charge of which in this temperature range is inadmissible and all energy goes to the charge of a battery capable of charging at positive and negative ambient temperatures, a wireless data transfer device connected to the output of the charger and the control unit.

EFFECT: ensuring continuity of power supply of an autonomous system of wireless data transmission.
