FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: autonomous intelligent power source comprises of at least one battery, a cylindrical solar battery of at least two solar cells, which is attached to the battery and capacitor blocks. The blocks are connected to the storage cell and a buffer capacitor respectively. The outputs of the battery, cylindrical solar battery, storage cell and buffer capacitor are connected to the inputs of the measurement, control and communication unit and switch inputs. The switch output is coupled with the input of the converter/regulator which output is connected to one of the inputs of the measurement, control and communication unit. The unit outputs are connected to the control input of the switch and the control inputs of the battery and capacitor blocks.

EFFECT: increased portability and reliability.
