SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plant growing. Device comprises a plurality of air emission units which respectively emit airflow onto the new leaves, growing on a tip of a stem of each plant that has one stem. Each of the plurality of air emission units includes a light emitting device that emits light to the plants. In this case, each of the light-emitting devices is provided with a light source that prevents growth of the stem, in its central part for the radiation of light, which prevents growth of the stem, having a large proportion of the blue component of light that inhibits the growth of the stem, and is provided with a light source that promotes leaf growth, around the light source, which prevents the growth of the stem, to emit light, promoting the growth of a leaf that has a large proportion of the red component of light that promotes leaf growth.
EFFECT: device allows the air flow to be uniformly emitted into a plurality of cultivated plants.
