SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to plant growing. Method includes a step of illuminating plants with red and blue light periodically and repeatedly within a certain period of time, allowing interruption of both steps with a step of interrupting illumination of plants with light. Duration of step of illumination with red light and step if illumination with blue light is 0.1 hours or more but less than 48 hours. Method allows for interruption of both steps with a step for simultaneous illumination of plants with red and blue light within a certain time interval, in which ratio of amount of red light and blue light ranges from 1:20 to 20:1. Equipment includes a light-emitting part for illuminating plants with red and blue light; and a control part for controlling light emitting part for step of illuminating plants with red light and step of illuminating plants with blue light periodically and repeatedly within a certain period of time. Equipment also includes: a first light-emitting part, which illuminates with red light; second part, which illuminates with blue light; control part for controlling illumination of plant with light from first light-emitting part and second light-radiating part, periodically and repeatedly and transfer means for transferring plants between position of illumination with light from first light-emitting part, and position of illumination with light from second light-emitting part.

EFFECT: invention provides stimulation of plants.
