SUBSTANCE: method for growing anthocyanin-enriched lettuce is characterized by that before sowing, lettuce seeds are laid out in gauze and sterilized by immersion for 2 minutes in 70 % ethyl alcohol, washed with sterile water 3-4 times, then the seeds are immersed in a suspension of Bacillus subtilis 10-4 at concentration of 105 KOE/ml for 1 hour, then the seeds are dried at room temperature and sown into plastic containers with soil moisture of 65 % to depth of 1-1.5 cm, containers sown with seeds are placed under light-emitting diode (LED) lamps with a red-blue (RB) spectrum: 70 % red 600-700 nm + 30 % blue 460 nm with illumination intensity of 250±10 mcmol m-2s-1, photoperiod 12 hours light/12 hours dark, air temperature 20-22 °C, relative humidity 60±5 %, plants are watered 2 times a week and sprinkled with water through a spray gun every second day.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop a method for all-season growing of lettuce and to obtain products with high content of anthocyanins.
