FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical reclamation of borrow cut remaining after mining of ragstone and other near-surface mineral deposits. Method includes resue stopping, transfer and storage in separate banded ettles of the soil layer and stripping soils, course of open-pit field, stowing mined-out space up to the boundary of the upper level of groundwater with building refuse that is close in composition to natural minerals with different thickness of fractions, lit-by-lit with the subsequent consolidation of each layer, laying drainage layer with building refuse, with the thickness of fractions of 150–200 mm. On top of the drainage layer, the intermediate layer is poured with building refuse with the thickness of fractions not more than 120 mm, until its upper limit reaches 1/2 the height of mined-out space of open-cast. Over the intermediate layer, the primary backfill of mined-out space of open-cast is made with a mixture consisting of mixed in equal proportions stripping solid, clay and crushed building refuse with thickness of fractions not more than 100 mm, and the backfill is made lit-by-lit with the thickness of each subsequent layer not more than 1 meter and the compaction of each layer. Backfill is carried out until the moment until the full filling of the mined-out space of open-cast remains at least 1.5 meters of its height, then the final backfill is produced in series in parallel rows, with the first row and all odd rows poured with a mixture consisting of mixed in equal proportions stripping solid and crushed building refuse with thickness of fractions not more than 80 mm, and the second row and all subsequent even rows are sprinkled with a mixture consisting of mixed in equal proportions of the soil layer and sandy loam, while the width of the even and odd rows should be not less than 4 meters, in addition, after the mined-out space of open-cast is fully filled, the entire area of the filled mined-out space is compacted and the layout is made with a bulldozer, after which they are sprinkled with a layer of a mixture consisting of sandy loam, soil mix and seeds of perennial herbs of meadow-weedy grass.
EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in the labor efforts of restoration work.
