FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation. Essence of claimed technical solution lies in fact that device for measuring low current values contains primary converter made in form of fixed coil and movable core, microwave generator, detector and source of measured signal, segment of rectangular waveguide with slit along wide wall is inserted, metal pin, amplifier and current meter, at that output of measured signal source is connected to fixed coil, movable core is rigidly connected to pin which is electrically connected to detector input, detector output through amplifier is connected to input of current meter, output of microwave generator is connected to waveguide.
EFFECT: increase in accuracy of measuring small currents.
