FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser technology, namely to laser radiation reception equipment. Receiver of the pulse laser signals comprises a photosensitive member, signal processing circuit, the optical shutter in the form of a semi-transparent shutter, curtain drive and logic module. Shutter is mechanically connected to the actuator and is located in front of the work area of the photosensitive element in the absence of a control signal at the input of the drive and beyond the aperture angle of the working platform, if any. Shutter drive input is connected to the output of the logic module, one of the inputs of which is connected to the output of the processing circuit, and the second one is the control input of the receiver. Curtain ratio τ satisfies the condition
where Efpu – energy sensitivity of the receiver; En – the energy of the laser signal reflected from the retro-reflector, set at the maximum specified range; Emax – the maximum energy of the laser signal reflected by the retro-reflector; Epwu – the maximum permissible level of energy of the signal arriving at the sensitive area of the photosensitive element. Working diameter of semi-transparent section of curtain dpc is given by
where dfse – diameter of the working surface of the photosensitive element; a is the distance from the curtain to the surface of the photosensitive member; α – angle of view of the photosensitive element; Δ – error of fixing the transverse position of the shutter in the absence of a control signal at the input of the drive.
EFFECT: reducing the size, increasing the sensitivity of the receiver for weak input signals.
