FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical radiation reception and relates to a photodetector. Photodetector comprises a photosensitive element, a signal processing circuit and an optical gate mounted in front of the photosensitive element. Optical gate is made in the form of a shutter with two working positions. Proposed device incorporates shutter drive incorporating current source, rocker arm, resilient element and tensioner. Shutter is fixed on one arm of rocker arm, and elastic element and extension between two other arms and housing so that drive holds shutter in one of working positions depending on value of control signal, wherein resilient element is tensioned while tensioning element represents current-conducting thread with its ends fed by external source of control electric signal.
EFFECT: providing operability of the device under active and passive laser countermeasures with minimum dimensions and maximum sensitivity at low level of signals.
