SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a fibrous board. Fibrous plate, including: a) fibers in an amount of 50.0 to 99.0 by weight relative to the total dry weight of the fibers and at least one particulate carbonate-containing material, where the fibers in an amount of 0–20.0 % by weight relative to the total amount of dry fibers have a size, corresponding to the screen sieve fraction with a mesh size of 0.05 mm, 50.0–90.0 % by weight relative to the total amount of dry fibers have a size corresponding to a screen sieve fraction with a mesh size of 1.0 mm, and 70.0 to 100.0 % by weight relative to the total amount of dry fibers have a size corresponding to a screen sieve fraction with a mesh size of 3.0 mm, b) at least one calcium carbonate-containing particulate material in an amount of 1.0–50.0 by weight relative to the total dry weight of the fibers and at least one calcium carbonate-containing material in the form of particles, wherein at least one calcium carbonate-containing particulate material is characterized by a median particle size d50 0.5–150.0 mcm, and, additionally, c) at least one binder in an amount of 0.05–25.0 by weight relative to the total dry weight of the fibers and at least one particulate carbonate-containing particulate material and d) at least one wax in an amount of 0 to 5.0 by weight relative to the total dry weight of the fibers and at least one particulate carbonate-containing material, wherein the sum of the number of fibers and at least one calcium carbonate-containing particulate material is 100.0 wt % relative to the total dry weight of the fibers and at least one particulate carbonate-containing material in the form of particles. Method for producing said fibrous board, comprising providing the fibers in a dry form or in the form of an aqueous suspension, providing at least one particulate calcium carbonate material, providing at least one binder and, optionally, at least one wax, combining the fibers of the stage simultaneously or separately in any order with at least one particulate calcium carbonate material in the form of particles of a stage and at least one binder and, optionally, at least one wax to produce a mixture of resin impregnated fibers and a calcium carbonate material, forming a layer of a mixture of resin impregnated fibers and containing calcium carbonate material and pressing the layer to form a hard fibrous board.
EFFECT: technical result is the improvement of the quality of the plates.
