FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices having high resolution, for spectral analysis, modulation and monochromatization of light. Interference filter contains two substrates with a mirror coating, with the substrates position control by means of a main piezoelectric element, connected to an AC voltage source. Additional piezoelectric element is introduced, glass substrates with transparent electrodes applied to them, a hologram, stop. Between the substrates with the mirror coating on the additional piezoelement, the hologram is fixed, registered on low-molecular-weight liquid crystals enclosed in a polymer matrix, located between glass substrates with transparent electrodes applied to them and is a layered structure, parallel to the plane of the electrodes, one surface of which by means of the stop is fixed relative to one of the substrates with the mirror coating.
EFFECT: technical result is the simultaneous provision of a narrow spectral bandpass and a wide free spectral region and an increase in the depth of modulation of optical radiation.
