FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sound-absorbing elements. Sound-absorbing element with resonant inserts, containing smooth and perforated surfaces, between which the complex shaped sound-absorbing material layer is arranged. Layer of complex shape is an alternation of solid sections and hollow sections. Hollow sections are formed by prismatic surfaces that are in their cross-section parallel to the plane of the drawing, have the shape of a parallelogram, whose inner surface has a toothed or wavy structure. Teeth tops face inside the prismatic surfaces. Ribs of the prismatic surfaces are secured on the smooth and perforated walls respectfully. Cavities of hollow sections, formed by prismatic surfaces, are filled with a sound absorber. Between the complex shaped sound-absorbing material layer smooth surface and solid sections, as well as between the perforated surface and solid sections, resonance plates with resonant inserts are located, performing the “Helmholtz” resonators necks functions. As a sound-absorbing material, the aluminum-containing alloys based material is used, with their subsequent filling with titanium hydride or air with density within 0.5…0.9 kg/m3 with the following strength properties: compression strength within 5…10 MPa, bending strength within 10…20 MPa. Material of perforated surface is made of hard decorative vibration damping materials. Facing the sound-absorbing structure perforated surface inner surface is lined with acoustically transparent material. As the formed by the prismatic surfaces hollow sections cavities filling sound-absorbing material, the basalt based mineral wool of “Rockwool” type is used, or "URSA" type mineral wool, or basalt wool of P-75 type, or glass wool lined with glass felt or foamed polymer.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the sound attenuation efficiency and the structure reliability.
