FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the system for the preparation of blue aviation gasoline (its options). One option of the system comprises the unit for preparing the base mixture of hydrocarbon liquids for producing the unleaded gasoline, this unit is communicated through the hydraulic pump with the main conduit for supplying the mixture to the homogenization unit, the outlet of which is communicated with the ready blue gasoline delivery channel, the detonation property correction unit in the form of a tetraethyl lead, including at least one reservoir with the means for transferring the concentrated tetraethyl lead from the carrier's container to this reservoir and with the means for its metered delivery through the inlet to the main pipeline in the section prior to its entering the homogenization unit, the additive supply unit including at least two impulse type dispensers for diluted solids related to the antioxidant and to the colorant, which are communicated through the input unit, each with the main conduit at the section between the tetraethyl lead input site and prior its entering the homogenization unit. In this case, the homogenization unit is made in the form of the pressure hydraulic pump, the output of which, communicated with the outlet of the ready blue gasoline, is additionally communicated with the input of additional mixing of all components of the blue gasoline, the tank for receiving tetraethyl lead is additionally communicated with the output of the base mixture preparation unit for feeding unleaded gasoline to this tank and diluting the tetraethyl lead concentrate at the ratio of 1 to 3 in order to obtain the solution of ethyl liquid, in the unit for input of the diluted tetraethyl lead in the form of the solution of ethyl liquid into the main pipeline or at its outlet and after the place of introduction of diluted tetraethyl lead in the form of the solution of ethyl liquid, the main pipeline is equipped with the pressure hydraulic pumps, the means for dispensing supply of the diluted tetraethyl lead through the inlet to the main conduit is the unit for creating the nitrogen blanket under pressure in the tank for extruding the diluted tetraethyl lead in the form of the solution of ethyl liquid from the reservoir towards the assembly of its input into the main pipeline, the mentioned dispensers are in the form of jet hydraulic pumps and they are communicated with the dilution chambers using the blue gasoline of dry substances, which relate to the antioxidant and to the colorant, for impulse metered feeding into the main pipeline, and the unit for preparation of the base mixture consists of the channels that are identical in design, the number of which is equal to the number of primary components, which are made in the form of regulators of primary component consumption, the outputs of which are combined at the place of communication with the main pipeline and each of which consists of the sequentially arranged filter, the non-return valve, the remotely controlled flowmeter, the pressure and temperature sensors, the throttling device and the pumping unit.
EFFECT: proposed system allows to increase the degree of homogenization of ready blue aviation gasoline.
