FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system for preparation of leaded aviation gasoline comprising a unit for preparing a basic mixture of hydrocarbon liquids for producing unleaded gasoline, connected via hydraulic pump with a main conduit for supplying the mixture to a homogenization unit, the outlet of which is communicated with the outlet of the leaded aviation gasoline, the detonation property correction unit in the form of a tetraethyl lead, including at least one reservoir with the means for transferring the concentrated tetraethyl lead from the carrier's container to this reservoir and with the means for its metered delivery through the inlet to the main pipeline in the section prior to its entering the homogenization unit, the additive supply unit including at least two impulse type dispensers for diluted solids related to the antioxidant and to the colorant, which are communicated through the input unit, each with the main conduit at the section between the tetraethyl lead input site and prior its entering the homogenization unit. System is characterized in that the unit for preparing a base mixture of hydrocarbon liquids for producing unleaded gasoline consists of identical channels, the number of which is equal to the number of primary components, which are made in the form of regulators of primary component consumption, outputs of which are combined at the place of communication with the main pipeline and in each of which a fluid flow stabilizer is installed consisting of a sequentially arranged filter, a check valve, a remote controlled gate valve, a flowmeter, pressure and temperature sensors, throttling device and a pump unit controlled by a frequency converter configured to realize a change in pressure function as a function of the pressure difference at the throttling device to vary the flow cross-section of the controllable valve, said tank for receiving tetraethyl lead is additionally communicated with the output of the base mixture preparation unit from hydrocarbon liquids for supplying unleaded gasoline in this tank and dilution of the concentrate of tetraethyl lead in a ratio of 1:3 to obtain a solution of ethyl liquid, in the inlet of diluted tetraethyl lead in the form of a solution of ethyl liquid in the main pipeline or at its outlet and after the injection of dilute tetraethyl lead in the form of a solution of ethyl liquid, the main pipeline is equipped with pressure hydraulic pumps, means for dispensing the diluted tetraethyl lead through the inlet to the main conduit is a unit for creating in the reservoir a nitrogen pad under pressure in the tank for extruding the diluted tetraethyl lead in the form of a solution of ethyl liquid from the reservoir towards the node for introducing it into the main conduit, unit for feeding the diluted tetraethyl lead dispenser into the main pipeline is at least one channel consisting of a sequentially located, remotely controlled gate, flowmeter, pressure and temperature sensors and a pump unit.
EFFECT: use of the proposed system allows to increase accuracy of dosing of components while mixing.
