FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for the preparation of leaded aviation gas. System comprises a unit for storing a base mixture in the form of unleaded gasoline made with a means for pumping the base mixture from the carrier's container or a channel for pumping the base mixture from the carrier's capacity, or a unit for preparing a base mixture of hydrocarbon liquids to produce unleaded gasoline, communicated via a hydraulic pump with a main conduit to supply the mixture to the homogenizer unit, which output is communicated with the channel for issuing finished leaded aviation gas, the detonation property correction unit in the form of a tetraethyl lead, including at least one reservoir with the means for transferring the concentrated tetraethyl lead from the carrier's container to this reservoir and with the means for its metered delivery through the inlet to the main pipeline in the section prior to its entering the homogenization unit, the additive supply unit including at least two impulse type dispensers for diluted solids related to the antioxidant and to the colorant, which are communicated through the input unit, each with the main conduit at the section between the tetraethyl lead input site and prior its entering the homogenization unit. In this case, the homogenization unit is made in the form of the pressure hydraulic pump, the output of which, communicated with the outlet of the ready blue gasoline, is additionally communicated with the input of additional mixing of all components of the blue gasoline, said tank for receiving tetraethyl lead is additionally communicated with the output of the base mixture preparation unit from the hydrocarbon liquids for supplying unleaded gasoline to this reservoir and diluting the tetraethyl lead concentrate in a ratio of 1 to 3 to obtain a solution of ethyl liquid, in the dilute tetraethyl lead injection unit as a solution of ethyl liquid to the main line or at its outlet and after the entry point of diluted tetraethyl lead in the form of a solution of ethyl liquid, the main pipeline is equipped with pressure hydraulic pumps, the means for dispensing supply of the diluted tetraethyl lead through the inlet to the main conduit is the unit for creating the nitrogen blanket under pressure in the tank to extrude the diluted tetraethyl lead in the form of a solution of ethyl liquid from the reservoir in the direction to the site of its entry into the main pipeline.
EFFECT: proposed system makes it possible to increase the safety of the process of homogenization of ready-made leaded aviation gas.
